With her honey-like voice, Nicky Love made her presence felt in the world of pop music with her debut album 'Honeyvision'. It was Robbie Robertson, the music legend who signed her on to DreamWorks Records, USA and made 'Honeyvision'. She penned lyrics for 10 of the 12 tracks of Honeyvision. The album was received with critical acclaim. But the 'Honey'moon ended with Dreamworks and they parted company in 2001.
Later she was invited to be the guest vocalist for trip-hop legend "Tricky". Nicky Love jumped on the invitation as she was always inspired by the music of 'Tricky'. She agreed to join him on his world tour and they performed in Europe, Canada and US touring almost all the cities.
Nicky Love was also the founder member of "The Freaked Out Flower Children" band, which was signed to Virgin Records, Australia. This live-band extensively toured Australia and they enjoyed success with two of the radio hits from "Beautiful People".
